About PrecisionFX

Built by one trader.Free MT5 and NinjaTrader 8 tools.

PrecisionFX is one person: me, Dan Freeman. I'm a disabled veteran, and I build every tool on this site myself. Coding keeps me busy, and trading is what I code for.

The tools run on MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8, and the trading journal runs on this website. All of them are free.

Why it's free

I couldn't afford the bots.So I built my own.

When I started, the trading bots on the MQL5 Market cost $1,500 or more. I couldn't pay that. So I build the tools I wanted, and give them to people in the same spot.

Nothing on this site is sold, apart from two separate services: website design and VPS hosting. If a tool helps you, you can buy me a coffee on Ko-fi. That is the only way to donate.

No reviews or testimonials

By choice

They are too easy to fake, so this site never shows them. If you want to leave an honest review, Trustpilot is open, and I can't edit what you write.

How tools are tested

Tested on my accounts first.Then it ships.

Every tool goes through the same road before release. Backtests and forward tests show how a tool behaved in the past. They are not a promise of what it will do next.

Strategy Tester

Every MT5 Expert Advisor is backtested in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester on real ticks, its most detailed model.

Forward test

Then it runs on my own demo accounts, and on my own prop-firm accounts, before anyone else gets it.

Market validator

Every MT5 upload has to pass the MQL5 Market's own automatic checks before it can be listed.

Report first

NinjaTrader 8 strategies ship only with a published backtest report you can read first.
