Know these first.Before you copy.
- One PC, one NinjaTrader. It copies between the accounts in the same NinjaTrader 8, not to another computer.
- NinjaTrader must be running and connected. A VPS keeps it going when your computer is off.
- Same market only, for now. NQ to MNQ copying is planned, not built.
- Settings live in a text file. A settings panel inside NinjaTrader is planned, not built.
- Check your prop firm's rules. Many restrict copy trading between accounts. Read them before you copy to an evaluation or funded account.
Watch first, then copy
DryRunStart in DryRun mode: the copier only writes what it would do, and places no orders. Switch it on once you have watched it on Sim.

Start on Sim.Three steps.
Install
Copy the two add-on files into NinjaTrader 8 and press F5 in the NinjaScript Editor.
Watch
Set a Sim lead and a Sim follower in the settings file, keep mode = DryRun, and place a trade on the lead.
Copy
Switch to mode = On, check the follower copies the trade, its stop and its target, then add one real follower at a small size.

Is PFX Copier really free?
Yes. Free, not a trial or a lite version, and the source is included. Donations are optional, by Ko-fi, and you get the same copier either way.
Does NinjaTrader 8 have a built-in trade copier?
No. NinjaTrader 7 had account groups, but NinjaTrader 8 does not, and a built-in copier is an open feature request on NinjaTrader's own forum. That is why add-ons like these exist.
Can PFX Copier copy NQ to MNQ?
Not yet. Today a follower copies the same market as the lead. Copying to a different contract is planned. Replikanto (Cross Order) and Affordable Indicators can do it now.
Can I copy to accounts on another computer?
Not with PFX Copier: it copies between the accounts in one NinjaTrader 8 on one PC. Replikanto, CrossTrade and Tradecopia have ways to reach other computers or run hosted.
Is copying allowed on my prop firm account?
It depends on the firm. Many allow copying between your own accounts and ban copying anyone else, and some restrict copying altogether. Read your firm's current rules before you copy to an evaluation or funded account.
Does my PC need to stay on?
Yes. PFX Copier runs inside NinjaTrader, so NinjaTrader must be open and connected for the copier to work. A VPS keeps it running when your computer is off.
