• Support communications — messages you send us via support tickets, email, or Telegram.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the copy trading Service, including connecting to your broker account.
• Process a voluntary donation, if you choose to make one. The Service itself is free and we take no payment for it.
• Send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, trade alerts, service notices).
• Respond to support requests.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, including detecting fraud and abuse.

We share data with trusted third parties strictly as needed to operate the Service, including: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and analytics/monitoring providers used to keep the Service reliable and secure. These providers are only permitted to use your data to deliver services to us.

Broker credentials are encrypted at rest. We apply access controls and industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.
