Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrecisionFX website, dashboard, and managed forex copy trading service (together, the "Service"), operated by PrecisionFX Ltd ("PrecisionFX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PrecisionFX provides trading indicators and Expert Advisors for platforms including TradingView, MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8, a community with strategy watchlists and published setups, and published backtest results. All of it is free. A managed copy-trading service (the "EA Copier"), under which trades executed on our master accounts are mirrored into your own broker account, is in development. Where that service is offered, we monitor performance, manage risk settings, and pause copying around high-impact news events. It will also be free.

The Service is not itself a broker, does not hold client funds, and does not have the ability to withdraw money from your broker account.

Nothing provided through the Service — including strategy performance data, signals, or account content — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. PrecisionFX is not a licensed financial adviser. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and should seek independent professional advice before trading.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no paid tier, no trial period and no payment card is required at any point. We do not charge for any indicator, Expert Advisor or other tool published by PrecisionFX.

You may choose to make a voluntary donation. Donations are gifts, not payment for goods or services. They confer no additional rights, features, access, priority or support, they are not refundable, and nothing in the Service is withheld from users who do not donate. Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider's own terms.

We reserve the right to introduce paid services in future. If we ever do, anything already published free will remain free, and the change will be stated clearly in advance rather than applied retrospectively.

To use the copy trading feature, you provide your MT4/MT5 broker account details, including your investor or master password. These credentials are stored encrypted and are used exclusively to connect our copy engine to your account. Providing these credentials does not grant PrecisionFX the ability to withdraw funds from your broker account.

You are responsible for ensuring your broker account is funded appropriately and remains in good standing. We are not responsible for actions taken by your broker, including margin calls, execution delays, or account restrictions.

Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Please read our Risk Disclosure before using the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time; there is nothing to cancel. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or if required to do so by law or by a broker or payment partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrecisionFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
